Logistics Business

PTG Logistics Company Limited (“PTGLG”), a subsidiary of the Company, is registered as a fuel transporter under Section 12 of the Fuel Trade Act. It has invested in a fleet of large oil trucks, facilitating the delivery of fuel to COCO and DODO gas stations, as well as fulfilling orders from fuel wholesale businesses associated with the Company. Moreover, PTGLG transports oil between depots for efficient management. Additionally, PTGLG is exploring new business opportunities. Since 2020, the Company has been actively considering investments in different types of trucks to meet the demands of oil transportation and expand its presence in transportation services for other products which can be categorized into 3 main groups as follows:

1. Oil Trucks

PTGLG dispatches a fleet of oil tankers to collect oil from various refineries nationwide, all meeting the EURO4 standard. These refineries include Thai Oil Sriracha Refinery, Esso Sriracha Refinery, PTT Rayong Refinery, IRPC Rayong Refinery, and SPRC Rayong Refinery, alongside oil pipelines like Lam Luk Ka Depot and Thai Petroleum Pipeline Co., Ltd. Once gathered, the oil is transported to the Company's main oil depots located at 9 branches across the country: Nong Kha Depot, Mae Klong Depot, Nakhon Sawan Depot, Pak Thong Chai Depot, Nam Phong Depot, Surin Depot, Phitsanulok Depot, Lampang Depot, and Chumphon Depot. Following storage at these depots, another fleet of oil tankers is deployed to distribute the oil to PTC service stations and subsidiary companies, all of which operate as fuel traders under Section 10.

2. Transportation of Other Non-oil Products

PTGLG strategically procures non-oil products for transportation according to customers' plans and purchase orders outlined in contractual agreements. These products range from Refined Palm Olein (ROL) and syrup to LPG, industrial gas, and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). Looking ahead, PTGLG is committed to proactively expanding its scope of work on an annual basis, ensuring continuous alignment with relevant policies and surpassing existing limitations.

3. Truck Maintenance Service

PTGLG initiated a collaborative marketing campaign with PTC aimed at promoting service trials for truck users. This campaign involved strategic partnerships and teamwork to manage sales and marketing efforts effectively. Additionally, it emphasized the provision of maintenance services for trucks, fostering long-term engagement with PTGLG through contractual agreements.
